Fees for all sessions (50 minutes), whether individual, couples, or family, are $120 per session.  Fees are payable in full at the time of the session via cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

     Because she is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois, counseling sessions with Kate are typically covered by all PPO and POS policies that provide benefits for counseling.  For clients who have coverage, Kate fills out the insurance forms for them approximately once every four to five sessions, and gives the forms to the client.  The client then mails the forms to the insurer and tracks their own reimbursement.  The insurance company will send the check directly to the client, who has already paid for their session in full at the time of service.  Since insurance companies vary on what portion of counseling services they will cover, it’s a good idea to telephone your insurer to learn the exact level of coverage provided.
